Ana Ramos Velázquez
I am interested in promoting healing, “the state of being whole,” by writing about building good habits and practical actions to reach wholeness.
I want to share lessons I have learned because sharing our experiences and knowledge motivates us to continue even when the path gets tough.
My greatest realization is that I am because of the others. We are interconnected; therefore, I am called to create the causes and conditions to better my life and, as a consequence, people’s lives.
My greatest inspirations are my parents and siblings, Jetzunma Tenzin Palmo, Angela Merkel, Gautama Siddharta, and Jesus.
I am a medical and scientific writer and a chemist by training at UNAM (México) with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from UCSD (USA), but above all, I am a life experimentalist.
